For most clients, a customized yoga practice includes a mixture of the various yoga disciplines. An example of a customized yoga practice might include the careful attention to alignment from Iyengar yoga, combined with the flow of Vinyasa and Astanga yoga, allowing the mind to unite with the body as you move through breath-directed movements. Hatha yoga postures weave together to build physical endurance, increase flexibility, expand breath, and work balance throughout, which in turn, detoxifies and energizes the mind and body. A customized practice may end with Viniyoga to lengthen muscles at a deep level and restore the body.
